Ratib, Hizib and DhikrThe virtues of dhikr:Maasyiral Muslimin hafidhakumullah, There is a deed that is easy to do, weighs heavily, is loved by Allah, the Most Merciful, enter a person into heaven full of pleasure, and keep him away from hell full of torment, but often neglected by many people, namely dhikrullah, dhikr of Allah.
Allah subhaanahu wa taala commands us to do lots of dhikr.
Allah subhaanahu wa taala says: يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اذْكُرُوا اللهَ ذِكْرًا كَثِيرًا (ا page: 41)It means:"O you who believe, make dhikr (by mentioning the name of) Allah, dhikr as much as possible" (QS Al Ahzaab: 41)The Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam said, مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَذْكُرُ رَبَّهُ وَالَّذِي لاَ يَذْكُرُ رَبَّهُ، م َثَلُ الحَيِّ وَالمَيِّتِ (رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ) Meaning: "The analogy of a person who dhikrs his Lord with a person who does not dhikr his God is like a living person with a dead person." (HR.
